Maintenance
Before your move in day, our maintenance & leasing team will complete 3 thorough inspections to ensure everything is move-in ready!
Your presence is not required for our maintenance technicians to complete their work orders; however, if you’d like to be present, please specify when completing your work order request.
Yes, our maintenance is on-site. We also provide a 24/7 emergency maintenance service available for any after hour emergencies or concerns.
Residents can use their online portal to submit their service requests HERE. If this is an after-hours request, please use our emergency call line for assistance. Residents are also welcomed to stop by our office or give us a call to discuss any open service requests or concerns.
During business hours, residents may provide proof of ID to our maintenance or leasing staff to gain access back into their home. If you’ve been locked out of your home after hours and need immediate assistance getting back in, please contact a locksmith.
Amenities
Yes, we have off-street parking available as well as detached garages available for rent at $175 per month. If you’re interested in renting a garage space, please contact our leasing office for more details!
You will love what Willowest in Collier Hills has to offer! Amenities include a sparkling pool, 24-hour fitness center & game room, 2 bocce ball courts, lighted tennis court, dog park, pet spa, car wash station, fire pit, barbecue grills, vegetable garden and EV charging stations.
We love your pets! Our community is proud to be pet friendly. We allow a maximum of two pets per home with a one-time $400 pet fee per pet & $25 monthly pet rent per pet.
We provide you with everything you need to make mealtime easy. Appliances include a refrigerator, gas stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and microwave. Most of our apartments also include a washer & dryer. If the apartment you’re interested in does not include a washer & dryer, you can rent a set for $50 per month. Please reach out to our leasing office for more details on which available apartment homes do or do not include washers and dryers.
We do not offer furnished apartments at this time.
Our pool is open seasonally from 9 AM to 9 PM.
Our tennis court is open from 9 AM to 9 PM, available all days of the week.
Admin
We require all applicants to meet our screening requirements for criminal, credit, and rental history. Your application is evaluated using a rental scoring report that weighs indicators for future financial lease performance. The rental score results from a mathematical analysis of information found in your credit report, application data, and previous rental history. Applicants must earn a gross monthly income that demonstrates their ability to uphold future rental payment performance along with other variables. For more information, please contact our leasing office for a detailed list of criterion.
Applications typically take between 48-72 hours as long as ID is verified.
We accept electronic forms of payment through our resident portal via electronic check, credit, or debit cards. We also accept WIPS (Walk In Payment Service). For new move ins, residents must provide certified funds via cashier’s check or money order.
All residents are required to show proof of insurance. You may utilize our property provider, Asset Protect, for $18 per month, or use a third-party provider of your choice.
Residents can use Xfinity or Google Fiber for their home Wi-Fi and cable needs.
We’d hate to see you go, but we understand that plans change! To terminate your lease, we do require a 60-day written notice as well as a termination fee equal to 2x the monthly rent payable on the day notice is provided.
Please contact Georgia Power to set up your electricity account and a gas provider (i.e. Georgia Natural Gas, Atlanta Gas, and/or Stream). Water & sewer is set up on your behalf by the property.
Residents are responsible for all utilities.

Yes! A MARTA (Metro Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority) bus stop is just a short 5-minute walk away from our property, giving you quick access to all Atlanta has to offer!
Willowest in Collier Hills is within the Atlanta Public School System. We are nearby Brandon Elementary School, Sutton Middle School & North Atlanta High School.
